About the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
On September 25th 2015, countries adopted a set of goals to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years.
For the goals to be reached, everyone needs to do their part: governments, the private sector, civil society and people like you.
Do you want to get involved? This is a great way to learn about the goals and to see what we can do about them. Be with like-minded people who are eager to work on initiatives to transform our world.
Details of the goals can be downloaded here: http://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/sustainable-development-goals/
Who should attend?
This is open to anyone who wishes to learn about the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Open to JCI and non-JCI members.
Assessment Fee – P500
The assessment fee of P500 will allow you access to all the speakers and roundtables that day. Snacks and lunch will be served.
