Dear Fellow JCI Members:

In conjunction with NSG Circular – JCIP 2017-4-006 which sets the deadline of submission of 2017 LO membership list, we enjoin responsible officers to formally submit the deposit slip/proof of payment on or before April 7, 2017, and to indicate therein the chapter in whose name the payment was made.

Compliance with this directive is important on two points:

1. To effect immediate activation of registration of chapters at the JCI Philippines website (http://www.jci.org.ph), and

2. To properly segregate the funds and credit the same to the appropriate local organization as fulfillment in the payment of dues.

For purposes of transparency and accountability, please note that the twin requirement of payment of dues and submission of membership list carries with it the duty to seasonably notify the National Treasurer on the identity of the local chapter to whom such payment shall be credited.

Deposits made which remain unidentified after the deadline shall be set aside and properly disposed of in the manner to be provided by the National Board. Any further claims or reports of deposit done after April 7 will be credited accordingly during the National Convention and may affect the status of the concerned local organization during the Area Conferences.
