Please see below updates for our E-JCIPEA.
A. MAY 1 DEADLINE EXTENSION:
The May 1 deadline was extended to May 15. All reports for March 2017 will be accepted by the system until May 15, 2017. The extension was done due to the glitches experienced in the system during the last deadline.
May we remind all LOs to try to submit PCRs as early as possible and prevent last day submission.
B. NSG OVERRIDE FOR PCRs:
NSG approval override for PCRs – During the last NB, it was decided that a deadline was to be given to RVPs and AVPs to approve/reject the reports of the LOs, missing the said deadline will give the NSG authority to by-pass the approval, meaning the report will be forwarded by the system to the NSG even without the approval of the RVP/AVP.
RVPs are given 5 days from the submission of the report to approve/reject the said report, On the 6th day, if no action from the RVP, the AVP may act on the report and approve/reject the same, if even the AVP is unable to act on the report, on the 11th day from submission of the report, the PCR will be made available to the NSG to approve even without the approval of the RVP or the AVP.
These changes are to ensure that the reports submitted by the LOs be counted and recorded by the system.
C. RESUBMISSION OF REJECTED REPORTS:
All rejected reports will be allowed to be re-submitted pass deadline, the system is currently being updated for this purpose. Once the update is in place, a separate circular re this will be sent out.
