Message from the MAMO 2017 Commissioner
Game on Metro Area.
A warm welcome to all participants of the 2017 Metro Area Mini Olympics.
This year we are focusing on building synergy through sportsmanship in the Metro Area and we are encouraging all participants to embrace the spirit of the games not as a competition but as a concord.
With this year’s theme, “MAM O 2017”: Don’t Just Become A Star… Be The Legend!”, we are all challenged to uphold camaraderie over competition, avow fairness atop desires to conquest and promote brotherhood rather than rivalry.
Over the course of this competition, a snapshot of the qu ality athletic performance will be evident amongst members. Do your best and compete in the spirit of sportsmanship and take this opportunity to connect with our fellow JCI members.
It is also important to note that our presence and participation in this sporting event promote a culture of active and healthy living. This event ought to inculcate in us humility in victory, much more the gallantry of embracing defeat, as legends would. These lessons will later become the cornerstones of our success in life.
Let this manual be your roadmap on your journey tow ard triumph in this year’s MAMO, as well as the navigator for your Local Organization that may be useful as you thread different challenges in this annual athletic journey.
We may be in our competitive mindset, yet we share the same vision of having a vigorous Metro Area. We all want to win but one must know that your victory as the star of the team will be remembered only for several years, but your act of good sportsmanship will be legendary.
Let’s not only be a star, let us be all legends in this event.

REGISTRATION, FEES AND CHARGES
A. DEADLINES
• Deadline of registration and payments are as follow:

B. STEPS FOR REGISTRATION
1. Registration Forms will be provided to LO Presidents. It can also be accessed through the following:

2. All bank payments should be deposited:

3. All deposit slips with the signed 2017 MAMO Registration Form should be sent to info@jcitaytay.org.
4. The LO host shall begin accepting registration forms and payments starting April 29, 2017.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
Early Bird Period: April 29 – May 12, 2017
Early Bird Rate: ₱ 2,000 / Local Organization
Early bird bank payments should be made to the bank details set out in the Registration.
REGULAR ADMISSION REGISTRATION
Regular Admission Period: May 13 – May 27, 2017
Regular Rate: ₱ 2,500 / Local Organization
Regular rate payments should be made to the bank details set out in the Registration or at on-site registration.
SPORTS / ADMISSION FEE
Sports Fee / Per Head: ₱ 50 / member
Additionally, a sports fee of FIFTY PESOS (₱50.00) per player shall be applied.
