  DEADLINE ON THE SUBMISSION OF LO BOARD RESOLUTION

Greetings!

The COMELEC is now in the process of screening qualified voting delegates for accreditation in preparation for the upcoming national elections of our organization during the simultaneous Area Conferences this coming September 1-3, 2017.

In the ensuing review and evaluation of all the VDFs submitted it was found out that some have not submitted the required LO Board Resolution that will give authority to voting delegates who are ordinary Members and Past Presidents in compliance to Comelec Memo-Circular No. 2 s. 2017 dated May 26, 2017.

In this regard, the COMELEC is again reminding LOs that have not yet submitted said required Board Resolution and to kindly furnish a copy to the COMELEC until July 31, 2017 final deadline.  Failure to do so will constrain the COMELEC to exclude all voting delegates who are ordinary Members including Past Presidents which will result to denial of their voting rights.

Be informed further that only voting delegates registered in the Area Conference who are in good standing shall be allowed to vote during the Simultaneous Area Elections on September 3, 2017 this is in compliance with Sec. 4.2 of the JCI Philippines 2010 National Election Code.
