DEADLINE ON AMENDMENT OF VOTING DELEGATES FORM

Greeting to everyone!
Kindly be informed that in a meeting by the National Comelec last June 17, 2017,
the Commissioners decided that amendments to VDF submitted on or before
May 31, 2017 will no longer be allowed at this time.
However, an exception will be in case of additions on the number of paid
members on or before the March 31, 2017 deadline due to claims on identified
payments as confirmed by the National Treasurer that may result in the increase
of voting strength whereby additional voting delegates be needed.
Consequently in the event also that voting strength will be affected due to an
error found on the number of paid members as certified by the National
Treasurer necessary rectification will also be made by the Comelec.
In this light, the Comelec hereby issues this Circular as guide in allowing
amendments of the VDF via submission of Supplemental VDF for additional
voting delegates as maybe needed with an attach LO Board Resolution both
must be duly notarized. The deadline of submission will be on or before July 31,
2017 after this date amendments to the VDF will no longer be entertained.
