Greetings from your National Secretariat!
As part of the preparations in the holding of our simultaneous Area Conferences and the
National Convention on September 1-3, 2017 and October 6-8, 2017 respectively, we
are inviting all Area Conference Directors, Host LO Presidents, Host RVPs and Host
AVPs to attend the annual Conference-Convention Management Seminar on August
5, 2017 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to be held at the JCIP Headquarters,
No. 14 Don A. Roces Avenue, Quezon City
We have invited experienced resource speakers and Past Conference Directors to share
with you their knowledge and experiences to equip and prepare you in order to
effectively carry out your roles and run a successful National Convention/Area
A pre-evaluation session on the progress and development of your respective Area
Conference / National Convention hosting will also be done. All 6 hosts are requested to
present a progress report. Please bring and provide the secretariat a printed copy of it,
including the COC organizational chart, proposed program of activities, budget and
promotional collaterals, and others.
An amount of P4,000.00 will be charged (4 pax per area) and P500.00 will be charged in
excess of the 4 pax, to defray the cost of manuals, two snacks and one buffet lunch.
