You may find below the circular on the List of Accredited Voting Delegates. Kindly review and ensure that the names are correctly spelled.
“Kindly notify the JCIP Secretariat in case of errors on the name of your voting delegates if any. Corrections will only be limited to misspelled names. However, in case of any name discrepancies present in the VDF upon counter checking and if proven to be an overlooked necessary corrections be allowed but no more substitution or replacement.
The same final list of voting delegates shall be posted in all polling areas and the Voters ID we have prepared shall be distributed by our JCIP Staff during the Area Conferences. Voting delegates are required to bring latest government issued ID card with photo to facilitate verification and identification. “

2017 LIST OF ACCREDITED VOTING DELEGATES
To: 2017 Local Organization Presidents & National Board Members

The election of the 2018 JCIP National Officers shall take place during the simultaneous Area Conferences on September 3, 2017. In this regard, please be reminded of the following:
WHO MAY VOTE
Only affiliates or LOs in good standing who have paid their membership dues on or before March 31, 2017 and have submitted the prescribed Voting Delegate Form (VDF) thru the National Secretary General on or before May 31, 2017 shall have voting rights.
Only voting delegates who are included in the Voters’ List attached hereto and registered in their respective Area Conferences shall be allowed to vote. For the purpose of determining whether a voting delegate is registered in the Area Conference, please be informed that we have set the cut-off for registration at 11:59 PM of September 2, 2017. Also kindly prepare your government issued with picture for verification.
VOTING STRENGTH
Each LO in good standing is entitled to one (1) vote by virtue of its affiliation, which vote shall be cast personally by the LO President, and a total number of additional votes based on the following schedule (Art.4-7, Section 5; By-Laws):
From 25 to 34 members = 2 votes
From 35 to 44 members = 3 votes
From 45 to 59 members = 4 votes
From 60 to 74 members = 5 votes
From 75 to 100 members= 6 votes
More than 100 members = plus 1 vote for every 25members
declared and paid in excess of 100members
LIST OF ACCREDITED REGULAR AND ALTERNATE VOTING DELEGATES
Despite our directive, some LOs have submitted VDF with excessive number of alternate voting delegates. In view thereof, we have exercised our discretion to purge the lists of alternate voting delegates.
Also as required there were LOs which did not submitted their Board Resolution if they placed their members or Past Presidents as their voters thereby the Comelec was constrained to exclude them in the list of voting delegates.
We are therefore sending you the attached list of the accredited voting delegates (President, Primary, and alternate) for this year’s election. The list is final and executory.
