  ENDORSEMENT OF THE CHIEF DELEGATE FOR THE

2017 GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Greetings from JCI Philippines!

Please be informed that in case of the absence of the LO President during the 2017 General Assembly he/she can delegate a good standing member to act as Chief Delegate and represent his/her LO during the Plenary Sessions with full speaking and voting rights.

CHIEF DLEGATES / PROXY FORM REQUIREMENTS 

A Proxy that will be designated by the LO President shall execute the Form as Chief Delegate (hereto attached) must be properly signed by the incumbent LO President and the original copy to be submitted to the National Secretary General before taking a seat allotted to the LO during the General Assembly.

Please take note that there is no Proxy allowed for the members of the National Board.

REGISTRATION AT 2017 NATCON 

Needless to say that the LO Presidents or, in his/her absence, his/her Proxy must also be a registered delegate at the National Convention. In an event that the Proxy failed to provide proper identification, the proxy shall not be allowed to seat in the General Assembly.
