STEP 3: EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AND ID PHOTO to
cavitenatcon.register@gmail.com

Note:

(1) Payments are non-refundable. However, payments are transferable among chapter members but only until 3 September 2017.

(2) Fill out the online form and send your receipt and ID photos on or before October 5, 2017 to have your NatCon ID printed beforehand.

(3) Deposits that will register in the account later than 4 October 2017 would only be considered as partial payment for onsite registration rate.
